We need chapters to host Pedal Pulls during the State Fair on both weekends. The last weekend will be the National Pedal Pullers competition. Please let Lisa know as soon as possible if your chapter plans to host a day of pedal pulls. Tear down on the last Sunday of the fair can not begin until 9:00 p.m.! Dress for meetings should be jeans/khakis Executive Committee Shirts. ************** Attendance Policy ************** Each Executive Committee member must attend at least 50% of the Executive Committee Activities in order to get their over-night room paid for during state convention.
